In the medical field and within cancer advocacy, purple represents dignity, courage, and unity in the face of disease. It is one of the most recognized colors of cancer awareness because it speaks to both the strength it takes to fight and the grief that follows loss.

Purple blends the calm of blue with the passion of red — meaning steady strength carried with deep emotion. This balance reflects the experience of patients, survivors, caregivers, and families who must be brave in the moment while holding love, memory, and heartache in their hearts.

In medicine, purple is often used to communicate, compassion, healing, and enduring hope. Hospitals and cancer centers use it to remind patients and families that they are not alone — that an entire community stands beside them before, during, and after the battle.

Unlike some colors tied to specific cancers, purple is a universal cancer awareness color, honoring everyone touched by this disease: fighters, survivors, caregivers, families, doctors, nurses, and those we have lost.

For this coin, purple also carries a deeper meaning: remembrance and commitment. It represents the people we fought alongside — and the ones we had to say goodbye to.

The Purple Vow is the promise you keep after loss:to remember them, to speak their name, to carry their spirit forward, and to keep fighting in their honor.

A portion of net proceeds from Fighters Club: Purple Vow will be donated to programs supporting cancer patients, with a special focus on initiatives that also serve animals in need — because care and compassion extend beyond ourselves.
